Demonstration projects:
ASP.NET 4.5 on SQL Server 2012 AJAX Holiday Calendar - This application is based on my simple Calendar1 database. It demonstrates the use of an ASP.NET Web form list and a calendar control.
ASP.NET 4.5 on SQL Server 2012 2010 US Census data on race and ethnicity - This application is based on a database which contains data for race and ethnicity by US state from the 2010 US Census. This is a small subset of Census data, but it is enough to display a nested GridView control.
